Conversation-intelligence platform: every call recorded, transcribed, and exposed to Claude/ChatGPT through a 40-tool MCP server.

  • Shipped solo: 3,302 commits, ~214K lines TypeScript, 283 migrations, 79 Supabase edge functions, 277 unit + 67 e2e tests.
  • Deleted ~39K lines of in-app RAG in Jan 2026 and went MCP-first (“AI-ready, not AI-powered”) — before it was the obvious call.
  • Live for three organizations; 580+ recorded calls under management.

Diagnose → design → prove → install for founders of 7–9-figure businesses. Clients hired me on evidence, not proposals:

  • Jon Benson (BNSN.ai): vibe-coded a SaaS UI prototype in 3–4 days; hired over a finalist vendor to lead the next-gen UI (5-figure engagement).
  • Anik Singal (Lurn / Comply.ly): solved an FTC earnings-claim detection problem his team was stuck on, on the first call; led a 4-month prompt-engineering engagement.
  • 8-figure PE investor: built an AI due-diligence pre-screen replacing ~$50K/deal in outside fees.
  • Commercial real estate (CORFAC brokers): presentation prep 60 hrs → 15 min; $120K copyright liability resolved in <1 week; lead flow 3–4/mo → 8–10/wk; co-built a 12-week AI installation cohort.
  • Clockwork.ai: rebuilt buyer analysis from 1,089 CRM deals + 617 call recordings; corrected a 35% churn misread; published a blind two-model review of my own conclusions.
  • Pally (AI startup): advised founders on activation/retention; designed the referral-handoff feature they committed to build.
