Thirty minutes

Trent Rustan has done commercial real estate in Tempe for twenty years. Underwriting a property, the ten-year cash flow and returns a buyer needs, took hours in the industry-standard software.

During his first session with me I asked for a real property he was working on. He gave me one. In about thirty minutes, on the call, I built a tool that produced the whole underwriting: ten-year cash flow, returns, and two financing scenarios. He used it that day.

A week later, on a group call, without being asked, he said: “I’m one week into this course. I am absolutely loving it. Probably the best money I’ve ever spent.”
